Health data is sensitive. We handle it with care—and also formalize this contractually. Individual measurement results are shared only with the employee themselves. The employer only receives anonymized reports—never traceable to individuals.

Participation in measurements and coaching programs is always voluntary. All data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR. Employcare acts as a processor; employer and employee always retain control over their own data.
